Freedom Over Texas

One of the biggest festivals that celebratesFourthh of July in Houston is located at Eleanor Tinsley Park. There is live entertainment, food booths, as well as activities for people of all ages! Bring a blanket and lay out on the grass to watch the fireworks go off!

Star-Spangled Salute

Bring your picnic basket, and pick your spot on top of the hill that leads to the Miller Outdoor Theater. Relax on the grass while listening to the patriotic sounds of the Houston Symphony while you await the fireworks show at 10 pm.

Houston Symphony’s Star Spangled Salute

Head up north with family and friends to attend this free event, and be entertained by the Houston Symphony performing multiple musical pieces arranged by Andres Orozco Estrada.

4th of July Celebration at Bayou Bend

Bring the kids to Bayou Bend and get a kick out of the various art activities that they can partake in. Hang out long enough and you’ll be able to view the historical demonstrations that Bayou Bend produces for the public.
